Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BackgroundsFast.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, judgments, liabilities, expenses, or causes of action arising out of: • User's breach of these Terms and Conditions • User's misuse of the Service • Any claim related to the accuracy or completeness of background check results
